Hello, my name is Frances but you can call me Frenchee!
I started my hairdressing career in the chic city of San Francisco where I attended the most amazing beauty school in SOMA district, San Francisco Institution of Esthetics and Cosmetology, and launched my frenchee-lou beauty blog. Immediately after I became licensed, I focused on hairstyling and makeup applications for special occasions, weddings, runway shows, etc.
One year later I moved to London for half a year and attended a Vidal Sassoon Academy . Studied and practiced precise haircutting and hair coloring techniques during the week and worked as a colorist and hairstylist in a very small yet fun hair salon named Jamm Hair, on the weekends.
I returned to the states, moved to Los Angeles, where I'm originally from, and began to work as a hairstylist, colorist, and makeup artist at Salon Eleven and the Jared Jackson Dean Salon inside the Ritz Carlton. I was fortunate enough to work most of the red carpet events held at LA Live such as the Grammy's, People's Choice Awards, American Music Awards, ESPY Awards, and many more.
Now I have moved to Europe and am living in the fabulous city of Zürich, Switzerland. I am currently a Senior Hairstylist at Le Salon by Pedro Sanchez and love to share my business ventures, beauty updates, and European trends & fashion observations.
